Minister’s complaint about judges’ party in Rajecké Teplice is dismissed

The judges' council of the Supreme Court has dismissed a complaint submitted by Justice Minister Lucia Žitňanská about the behaviour of several judges at a party at the Bonnano Bar in Rajecké Teplice last year, the Supreme Court’s press department told the TASR newswire on July 18. The judges' council ruled that the private event at which the attendees allegedly made fun of last year's shooting rampage in the Bratislava borough of Devínska Nová Ves did not constitute an incident that should result in disciplinary proceedings.
