BRATISLAVA Airport is to get two new routes connecting Slovakia’s capital with Oslo and Copenhagen, with the possibility of connection to other destinations.

Both routes will be operated by the Norwegian low-cost airline Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, the TASR newswire reported.

“We are happy to welcome the new airline operator, which is filling a gap to Scandinavian destinations in the market,” said the director of M.R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, Maroš Jančula, as quoted by TASR.

The new airline will fly to the new destinations twice a week as of spring 2012. One-way tickets will cost from as little as €27 and €30, including airport fees, the TASR newswire wrote.
