Banská Bystrica: Woman with swine flu dies in hospital

A female patient who contracted swine flu and was admitted to a hospital in Banská Bystrica on February 4 has died, the TASR newswire was told by spokesman of the F.D. Roosevelt Hospital Ružena Maťašeje on Tuesday, February 19.
"The condition of the patient deteriorated after initial improvement, and she was struck down by the illness over the weekend," said Maťašeje. Two patients with the A(H1N1) virus still remain at the F.D. Roosevelt Hospital in Banská Bystrica, added the spokesperson.
