11 Mar 2013 Compiled by Spectator staff Other
THE OLD Civil Procedure Code from 1963 is heading for retirement. The Justice Ministry plans to replace the legislation, which is 50 years old and was revised nearly 80 times, with a trio of new laws. The ministry made public the legislative plan of re-codification of the civil law, the SITA newswire wrote.

The planned changes should improve the enforceability of laws for citizens and business persons .
