Hungarian Foreign Affairs Minister Martonyi visits Slovakia

Hungarian Foreign Affairs Minister János Martonyi has arrived on a visit to Slovakia on Wednesday, March 13. The visit was arranged by the Slovak Foreign and European Affairs Minister, Miroslav Lajčák.
As the ministry told the SITA newswire, Martonyi’s visit is the result of efforts to meet officially at least once per year. The foreign ministers will discuss specific projects under the auspices of bilateral joint commissions, regional issues related to the upcoming Hungarian presidency in the Visegrad Group and the current European agenda. The ministers will hand over a ministerial prize for "Good Neighbourhood and Understanding" to personalities and institutions that significantly contribute to Slovak-Hungarian cooperation.
President Ivan Gašparovič and Prime Minister Robert Fico will also receive Martonyi. At the end of his official visit, the two foreign affairs ministers will attend a concert of Slovak and Hungarian
