Economy Ministry launches tender for better business environment
11 Sep 2013 Flash News
The Economy Ministry has announced a public tender for the improvement of the business environment in Slovakia via the reduction of the regulatory burden over the course of 36 months.
The tender, worth €1.8 million (excluding VAT), is designed to reduce the regulatory burden in Slovakia, streamline the evaluation of the legislative process and increase awareness of the agenda of better regulation in Slovakia, the TASR newswire wrote on September 10.
“The main outputs of the project will be the so-called SWOT analysis of the Slovak business environment, the quantification of administrative costs, the identification of the administrative burden stemming from legal regulations in Slovakia, the standardisation of information commitments in terms of timeframes as well as proposals for eliminating or modifying information commitments and the quantification of estimated resources saved,” reads the ministry announcement. Bidders have until October 23, 2013 to apply.
