Ingredients: 800g cream cheese, 200g margarine, 1 cup of sugar, 5 big eggs, vanilla sugar, 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder.
Preparation: Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add butter. Mix and gradually add cream cheese. Add pudding powder. Froth the rest of the eggs and add with a tablespoon to the cheese. If you like, add raisins, nuts or orange peel. Place into a heated oven (190 °C) and bake until light brown (approx. 45-60 minutes). Remove from the oven and leave for a few hours until it cools.
