Malinová case to get new prosecutor and investigator

Prosecutor General Dobroslav Trnka announced that the perjury case of Hedviga Malinová will have another investigator and prosecutor, the daily Nový Čas reported on September 25.

Trnka decided so following consultations with Interior Minister Robert Kaliňák.

Malinová claimed she was attacked after speaking Hungarian in public, but later she was charged with perjury.
