FRENCH car racer Sébastien Loeb won the fourth event of this year’s World Championship series of touring cars FIA WTCC on May 11 at Slovakia Ring in Orechová Potôň. The next day he celebrated his victory at the Trnava branch of the PSA Peugeot Citroen Slovakia carmaker.

He and two other racers, Yanna Muller and José María López, arrived driving in a convoy featuring his race car, the Citroen C-Elysée, and other Citroen models. They drove into the plant, passing through the pressing mill, the welding shop and the assembly hall. Production was even stopped for a while for the occasion, PSA spokesman Peter Švec told the TASR newswire.

Later, the nine-time world champion and his colleagues gave autographs to fans.
