She added that the scaffolding was raised at the so-called Lower and Central Castle, in order to finish the examination of the plastering. The roof frame construction of the Lower and Central Castle is finished, while the roofing tile has been placed upon the Central Castle and a big part of the Lower Castle, as reported by TASR.

During the fire, nearly the entire roof of the castle was damaged, as well as part of the interior and part of the historical exhibits. After the Lower and Central Castle, the roof frame is also built on the north-east bastion. The black pre-weathered copper sheeting will be used for roofing, Krajčiová said.

She further stated that a survey of the frescoes in the chapel has been finished. Its author is Peter Koreň. Under the current paintings they found elegant classicist paintings from the 19th century, TASR wrote.

Krajčiová also said that the Culture Ministry will soon announce the competition to find the planner of the castle reconstruction.
