The general practitioner was also ordered to pay a fine of €400 and banned from working as a doctor for 12 months. The aforementioned follows from a plea agreement that Aghová cut with the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Aghová had a patient pay €5 for issuing a sick leave notice. She was supposed to only charge €1, but only gave back €5 from the patient’s €10 note. She kept the remainder, telling the patient that “everything has a cost”. In extending the sick leave later on, the doctor charged an additional €10.
