The ruins of Dúbravický castle or simply Dúbravica are located right in the middle of the village of Dúbravica near Banská Bystrica.

The history of the castle is not very well known, but some documents state that it arose in the middle of the 15th century.

The condition of this historic residence is poor and the building is dilapidated and has no roof. The land under the castle has 125 owners so it is difficult to unravel the complicated property-ownership issues that are slowing down the reconstruction of the building.
