Oliver Twist- Drama by Roman Polanski. Barney Clark stars as the title character in Polanski's version of the frequently filmed Charles Dickens classic about an orphan who falls in with a group of young pickpockets on the streets of London. Ben Kingsley also stars.

Land of Plenty (Krajina hojnosti) - Drama by Wim Wenders. The great German director Wim Wenders (Wings of Desire) once again focuses on America in this post-September 11 drama, which stars Michelle Williams.


Domino - Action by Tony Scott. Keira Knightley stars as actual model-turned-bounty hunter Domino Harvey in this fictionalized biopic. After growing bored of her lush modeling life, Domino trains with bounty hunter Ed Mosbey (Mickey Rourke) and enters a life of violence, money and drugs. The media takes interest and one TV executive (Christopher Walken) proposes that Domino have her reality television show, but the line between fact and fiction grows increasingly blurred.

King Kong- Adventure by Peter Jackson. Naomi Watts, Jack Black and director Peter Jackson make this remake about a giant gorilla and the woman he loves exactly what it needed to be: a humorous, compelling and touching spectacle.

Don't Come Knocking(Nechoď klopať na dvere) - Drama by Wim Wenders. Over 20 years since their brilliant collaboration Paris, Texas, Wenders reunites with playwright/screenwriter/actor Sam Shepard, who wrote and stars in this film about an aging movie star (Shepard) who tries to atone for his hard-living ways. Jessica Lange, Tim Roth, and Sarah Polley also star.

Just Like Heaven(A čo ak je to pravda?)- Comedy by Mark S Waters. In the fifth movie from the director of Freaky Friday and Mean Girls, Reese Witherspoon plays Elizabeth, an overworked medical resident whose spirit remains alive after she dies in a car crash. When David (Mark Ruffalo) moves into her apartment, Elizabeth tries to force him to leave. But what begins as a battle between a woman's spirit and a living man becomes a potential love affair.
