Pavol Hrušovský, leader of KDH, the Christian Democrats has made it clear that he thinks Slovakia should not take part in any EU solidarity measures beyond those in which Slovakia is the beneficiary.

Meanwhile it seems British workers should be satisfied with the alternative employment arrangements planned for them when faced with these massive redundancies - jobs in the proposed Las Vegas style "super casinos".
