THE NEW Slovak cabinet should deal with rising fuel prices at its upcoming first session on July 19, announced Prime Minister Robert Fico.
"There are many possibilities [to deal with the problem] but I will not present them before the cabinet program is prepared," said Fico.
According to the Slovak Statistics Office, the average consumer price of the most frequently used 95-octane petrol was Sk42.15 per liter as of July 3 while a liter of diesel cost Sk41.36 per liter on average, SITA wrote.
