HB Reavis Group announces major project in Bratislava

DEVELOPER HB Reavis Group announced a major housing and development project in Bratislava worth around Sk17 billion, the SITA news agency wrote.

The project, Twin City, will include a new bus terminal worth Sk1 billion, which will replace the current central bus station in Bratislava's Nivy district.

The multifunctional complex will be situated between the Old Town district and Ružinov districts.

Twin City will be comprised of a complex of buildings dominated by a 42-storey tower. The total area available for rent will exceed 200,000 square meters. Shops and leisure areas will make up nearly half of the area, and office space and a four-star hotel with 200 rooms will take up 60,000 square meters.

Construction will start in 2008 and should be completed in 2011.
