Investment aid to Komárno Shipyard not at odds with EU rules

The European Commission has decided that €500,000 state investment assistance to the Slovak shipyard Slovenské Lodenice Komárno is compatible with the single market and in compliance with rules of the Treaty of the European Community pertaining to the provision of state aid.
