Police detain suspects in record jewellery theft

Košice police managed to solve the March 24 heist in which thieves got away with over twelve kilograms of gold, jewels and diamonds.

The director of the Regional Police Directorate said at a news conference that three suspects were detained on March 29 and seven house searches produced all the stolen jewellery – some of which was even hidden in a dog house.
