Kubiš to attend Yeltsin's funeral in Moscow

Foreign Affairs Minister Ján Kubiš will attend the funeral of the former Russian president Boris Yeltsin in Moscow on April 25. The Slovak ambassador to Russia, Augustín Cisár, will also represent Slovakia at the funeral.

On April 24, Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič sent a telegram of condolence to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin following the death of the first Russian president Boris Yeltsin at the age of 76 on April 23.
