The Association of Hospitals in Slovakia (ANS) can guarantee a 10-percent increase in salaries for its employees by July 1. A second pay rise later in the year is also feasible.
ANS said this would be possible if the government keeps paying insurance premiums of at least five percent of the average wage to its policyholders for the whole year.
