Kubiš: Visa-free regime with US could be possible in early 2008

Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Ján Kubiš, speaking in an interview for the TASR newswire on July 1, said that he expects that Slovaks might be able to travel to the United States without visas by early 2008.

The introduction of a visa-free regime depends on the outcome of the current legislation being decided on in the US concerning visa regimes for citizens of new EU-member states.
