Four weeks of sun not enough for some ministers

In spite of the fact that the cabinet gets the entire month of July off, daily PRAVDA noted on July 18, that several cabinet members have planned holidays for August when the cabinet is expected to be back at work. PRAVDA further pointed out that the cabinet has several important issues on its agenda for August including the decision on private health insurance companies.
