BRITISH musician Chris Corner, formerly of the Sneaker Pimps, returns to Bratislava with his successful project I am X. After the success of his concert in Bratislava last year and a high interest in tickets, organizers have moved the concert from the Subclub music club to the Klub za Zrkadlom Music Club. The concert takes place on October 8 starting at 20:00. Tickets costs Sk490 when bought in advance and Sk550 at the door. The Klub Za Zrkadlom music club is located at Rovniankova 3. SLOVAK artist Palo Macho is set to prove once again that glass is an excellent tool for art. His latest exhibition in Dolný Kubín is called In Extensor. The glass works there are a combination of painting and glass art in thick glass with geometric patters and colourful fields. The exhibition is at the Oravská Galéria (Orava Gallery) at Hviezdoslavovo Square 11 and is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00 until November 11. Tickets cost Sk20.
