Slovak and Hungarian PMs meet in Lisbon

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and his Hungarian counterpart, Ferenc
Gyurcsány, met at European Council summit in Lisbon.

"We agreed that our deputy prime ministers would prepare a visit of the Hungarian prime minister to Slovakia," Fico said.

"Each side expressed their opinion with regard to the latest happenings and we agreed to set up a mechanism for preventing misunderstandings.”

Fico continued that he "had not come to Lisbon because of Gyurcsány. I have had 14 such informal meetings today."
