Food prices will keep rising

Food prices are rising more than expected, the Pravda daily wrote on November 13. However, food prices are growing not only in Slovakia, but also in other European countries.

The government of Robert Fico launched a fight against rising food prices last week. The cabinet wants to approve a law on retail chains in, which would ban them from abusing their economic power, at a session on Wednesday.
