USA: AWU Graduate Fellowships

ASSOCIATED Western Universities (AWU) awards Graduate Fellowships to qualified Master's and doctoral degree candidates in science, mathematics, engineering and technology. These fellowships let students conduct their thesis or dissertation research, explore research and technology career options, or gain practical training at a sponsoring facility.

ASSOCIATED Western Universities (AWU) awards Graduate Fellowships to qualified Master's and doctoral degree candidates in science, mathematics, engineering and technology. These fellowships let students conduct their thesis or dissertation research, explore research and technology career options, or gain practical training at a sponsoring facility.

Fellowships are meant for doctoral candidates at the dissertation research stage in the field of natural sciences. This programme is open to Master's and doctoral degree candidates enrolled in an accredited graduate programme. Institutional affiliation and citizenship restrictions may apply for some awards or facilities.

A fellowship award may include a stipend of at least $1,300 per month, tuition assistance, and a travel allowance. Sponsors may provide additional allowances for fellowships at the facility or on campus. Stipend and tenure will vary depending on institution and fellowship. Applications may be submitted at any time to www.awu.org.

Deadline for applications: February 1 for summer fellowships
