Following last night’s talks on the coalition crisis, the ĽS-HZDS and SMER-SD parties have decided to hold a vote on the state budget along with a vote of confidence in the government of Robert Fico, ĽS-HZDS leader Vladimír Mečiar said on November 29.
"The crisis was caused by an absolute lack of communication", Mečiar explained.
Therefore, the coalition partners have agreed to convene a Council at least twice a month. Moreover, caucus clubs will meet prior to parliamentary sessions.
ĽS-HZDS experts will also assist all ministries in drafting their bills. SITA
