The daily paper SME claims to have information that the Austrian Bawag bank, along with Slovakia’s Poštová Banka, are the two bidders who have expressed interest in privatising tiny state financial house Banka Slovakia. A tender for the bank was recently extended by 60 days by the FNM privatisation agency.
