SPP promissory notes must be cut out - Mikloš

Deputy Prime Minister Ivan Miklos said promissory notes signed by former gas utility SPP boss Jan Ducky, pledging the firm to pay untold hundreds of millions of crowns, will have to be removed from SPP’s accounts before a 49 percent stake in the utility is sold this fall.
