Construction output stagnant

Construction sector output in July fell 338 million crowns from the month before to 6.8 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 0.7%. The sector has been in crisis since an ambitious highway construction programme started under the previous government was slashed by the Mikuláš Dzurinda administration when it came to power in late 1998.
