Transpetrol spoilers turned away

A regional court in eastern Slovakia yesterday dismissed the suit of the CSI firm which had been trying to distrain a 34% stake in pipelines form Transpetrol from the Economy Ministry. Transpetrol’s privatisation is imminent.
