Dutch Embassy
The grand opening of Danubiana, a modern art museum, was to take place south of Bratislava on the Danube River on September 9. This newly established art museum presently hosts an exhibition of Dutch painters with works from 1950 till 2000. Danubiana, at the Meulensteen art museum, lies south of the Bratislava city centre in the Čunovo area. To get there, drive across Nový most (New Bridge) and south through Petržalka until you arrive in Čunovo. From there, follow the signs to the Gabčíkovo Dam. If you are travelling by bus, take the 91 line from under Nový most to Čunovo, where the dam is a short walk away.
