SPP tender won by Corinex amid corruption claims

A tender for a customer system for state gas utility SPP has been won by a consortium led by computer firms Compaq and Corinex, despite complaints laid by competitor bidder Accenture of personal ties between members of the tender commission and Datagas, a firm which owns Corinex. Last week Accenture complained to the EBRD of the possibility of a conflict of interest in the tender.
