A telephone survey of 500 people conducted by the Institute for Public Affairs think tank from September 18 to 20 showed that 56% of respondents were either somewhat or very in favour of military action against world terrorist networks. Another study by the same institute showed that almost 90% of Slovaks felt the attacks on the US could not be excused in any way.
