Siemens complains as charges laid

Siemens Business Services laid a complaint with the Public Procurement Office over the selection criteria used to determine Hewlett Packard as the winner of a tender to supply an information system to the state treasury. Meanwhile, police have laid charges against an SBS employee for attempting to bribe the head of the tender commission.
