The Supreme Court today resumes sitting on a case involving 350 million Czech crowns in controversial promissory notes signed by former SPP gas utility head Ján Ducký before his 1999 murder, and now in the possession of the Czech Union Banka. Union’s right to the money was once before confirmed by a court, whereupon SPP appealed.
