Železný gets green broadcast light

The media license council yesterday awarded a terrestrial television broadcast license to Czech media baron Vladimír Železný that will give him 70% coverage of Slovak homes, and offer consumers an alternative to the private TV Markiza station, which in August had almost 50% viewership.
