KDH: anthrax hoax jail proposal

The Christian Democrats (KDH) parliamentary party has proposed an amendment which would punish senders of fake anthrax or other hoax substances by five years in jail.

According to Justice Ministry head of office Daniel Lipšic, the sender will not only be subject to imprisonment but will also have to pay costs related to the false alarm.
