Justice Minister's son charged

Ján Čarnogurský Jr, son of the Justice Minister, was yesterday charged with fraud by police for allegedly receiving an exorbitant sum to help a state energy utility recover a promissory note for $30 million issued fraudulently in 2000. He has denied the charges.
