Reader Feedback: Liberties for skinheads?

How dare you talk about civil liberties of skinheads! [Reader Feedback: "Fascist rally reporting unbalanced", Vol. 7 No. 40, October 22-28]. The movement has been known for years for their fascist propaganda, which has been obvious not only verbally but also in many brutal physical attacks on minorities.

I am interracially married, but trust me, I prefer living in peace in NYC than fearing every moment of my Slovak experience for both my husband and myself. We lived in Bratislava long enough to go through hell!

With regards to minorities living in Slovakia, the tension would be less substantial if people became more open-minded and started to mind their own business instead of responding to their social and economic frustration with increased racism!
