The Czech Union banka has threatened to take a promissory notes case involving 350 million Czech crowns in notes signed by former SPP gas utility director Ján Ducký to an international court if the Slovak Supreme Court does not decide in its favour at its next session. Union alleges that SPP’s legal counsel has been delaying the case unnecessarily.
