New EU funding scandal in wings?

The daily paper Sme reports a possible conflict of interest in a Slovak railway project to be financed from European Union funds, where the head of a tender to select subcontractors for an improved Bratislava to Trnava route has personal connections to a consortium of firms bidding in the Sk2 billion ($40 million) tender.
