ŽSR and ZSE reach debt agreement

Power distributor ZSE has cancelled plans to cut power to Slovak Railways (ŽSR) over outstanding debts.

ZSE director general Andrej Devecka said he and ŽSR director general Andrej Egyed had reached a "gentlemen's agreement".

The rail company promised to pay half of its debt towards ZSE by the end of last week and the full debt, currently Sk400 million, by the end of this month.
