Business people finger poor law enforcement

A survey of the attitudes of senior Slovak corporate managers by the Institute for Public Affairs think tank has found that business people perceive difficulties in enforcing the law as the greatest economic barrier the country faces. Second on the list was the overall tax burden; corruption came a distant fifth.
