October car sales show 23% increase

During October, 4,673 new cars were sold in Slovakia. Car sales increased 22.7% compared to September, according to the Slovak Automotive Industry Association. Škoda, which holds a 52.2% share of the Slovak market (2,348 cars sold), remained the best selling automaker in Slovakia. Daewoo was second with 512 cars for 6.7% of the market, followed by Opel (5.4% share) and Fiat (5.2% share)
