ING Barings report favours bond purchases

In the latest ratings released by ING Barings on November 9, eurobonds of Slovak gas distributor SPP and the Slovak Road Fund were both given "strong buy" status. The five-year, 150 million euro SPP bond was issued in October, and the company has reportedly been satisfied with the 440 basis point spread that it has been given above German Bunds.

The seven-year, 120 million euro, government-guaranteed Road Fund bond was issued in September.
