Slovnaft asks for tender review

Slovak refinery Slovnaft has asked the government to review the results of a Privatisation Ministry tender for a 49% share in crude oil pipelines firm Transpetrol. The tender was won last Friday by Russian firm Yukos with a bid of $74 million. Slovnaft says the offer of its bid was over $84 million, and that price had been the main declared criterion.
