SDK MP's go shooting

Trnava : SDK Parliamentary members and other notable personalities gathered in Trnava on September 19 to take place in a shooting contest in which the aim was to shoot an iron rabbit and a concrete pigeon. SDK MP's Ján Budaj, Jan Holčík and Pavol Pavlík aimed their firearms alongside particiapating journalists Milan Žitný, Jan Füle, Karol Lovas and Pavol Pavlík.

Former Slovak president Michal Kováč and comedian Stano Radič also attended the event, but declined to participate. Event organiser The Liberal Club said the shooting festivities had been held in order to promote increased contact between politicians and the public.
