Erste sale finalised

The government has approved a memorandum of understanding with the Austrian Erste Banka releasing the 20% that had been on deposit of the purchase price Erste paid for an 87% stake in Slovenská sporiteľňa last January. It is not known how much extra, if any, Erste will pay.
