Komárno shipyards for sale

National Property Fund said January 3 it was going to sell its 100 per cent stake in Slovenské Lodenice Komárno shipyards (SLKB) and SLK Stroje a Mechanizmy. Four companies - Creditalnstalt and HypoVereinsbank consortium, the Czech Lodenice Mělník, Russian firm based in Yekaterinburg and the financial Penta Group have already expressed interest in buying the shipyards.
